We started this year to eat differently to try and help us lose weight. We have set our eating habits toward the Keto Diet, with that said we do not follow it to a T. We have cut out most Carbohidrates (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, and sugary drinks). We also cut out most of our fruit intake as they too are full of sugars. We eat all meats, vegetables, and healthy fats, oh yeah and drink plenty of water, tea, and my new favorites anything Zero!
I started in February 1, 2018 and have lost 14kg (about 30lbs) as of June 1, 2018 and my husband has lost twice that much
